After Supper Puzzles is published by IRWP Entertainment, a business branch of SkyAMA World LLC ("we", "us"). This page explains what information we collect when you use aftersupperpuzzles.com or request the free Evening Pack, and how we use it. We keep this simple because what we do is simple.
What we collect
Your email address, when you request the free Evening Pack or otherwise sign up to hear from us. That is the only personal information our signup form asks for.
Basic email activity. Our email service records whether an email was delivered, opened, or had a link clicked, and the date you subscribed or unsubscribed. We use this only to see whether our emails are useful and to keep our list clean.
Ordinary website data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you the Evening Pack, a short series of welcome emails about the book, and occasional news from After Supper Puzzles, including when a book is available to buy. We do not send daily email. We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or any other personal information to anyone.
Who handles your data for us
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the site and send email. At present these are MailerLite (email list and delivery), Dorik (website hosting), Cloudflare (domain and DNS), and Titan (our contact mailbox). Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under its own privacy policy and security practices.
Unsubscribing and your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it removes you from our list right away; no account, no password, no explanation needed. You can also email contact@aftersupperpuzzles.com and we will remove you by hand.
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and we will respond as promptly as we reasonably can.
Cookies
Our signup form and email service may set a small number of cookies or similar technologies needed to make the form work and to measure, in aggregate, how the site and our emails are used. We do not use advertising networks on this site at present. If that changes, we will update this page.
Children
Our books are made for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us an email address, contact us and we will delete it.
Where your data is kept
We are based in the United States. Our service providers may store data on servers in the United States or in other countries where they operate. By using the site, you understand that your information may be processed there.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be mentioned in an email to subscribers.
